I got a Custype case with the strap, i’m kind of mad I didn’t find this sooner. The other phone bags I tried were so bulky and annoying that I blame them for making errands feel like a whole hassle, but this one is actually comfortable enough to wear all day without digging into my shoulder.

The fit is nice too, and it doesn’t feel awkward or heavy like those badly designed ones. I can grab my phone easily, it stays practical, and for once I’m not irritated every time I need to carry my phone around. Really happy with it.

I ordered a specific case color, but the one that showed up was the wrong color. Annoying because now I have to go through the hassle of contacting support and figuring out a return or exchange for something that should’ve been right the first time.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I did have to send one follow-up message before everything was completely cleared up. Still, my overall impression was positive, the support felt helpful, straightforward, and not like one of those frustrating back-and-forth experiences.

I requested a refund and, while it wasn’t instant, it came through after a few days. Support took a little longer than I expected to respond, but they did follow through and got everything sorted in the end. Overall, it felt like a legitimate process, just not the fastest.

Overall, I ended up liking the design. It looks clean and nice at first glance, but after using it for a bit, it can feel a little busy in some spots.

I got a case from Custype and the closure feels solid. It holds better than I thought it would. It was a little stiff at first, so I’m taking off one star for that, but it’s been working fine. I did ask support about it and they basically said it should loosen up a bit with use, which seems to be true so far.

The prices were clear enough before I checked out, and I didn’t run into any surprise fees. I also got the receipt by email right away, which made it easy to double-check everything. My only complaint is that I wish the different plans were easier to compare side by side...

Overall, the experience was okay, but the personalization didn’t always feel accurate. Sometimes it seemed to understand what I wanted, and other times it was kind of off. Not a dealbreaker, but I expected it to be a little more consistent.

At first glance, it looked decent, so I was hopeful. But once I took a closer look, the stitching and edges seemed a bit messy. It’s not terrible, but based on what I was expecting, the craftsmanship just didn’t feel as polished as it should have.

I tend to watch the tracking closely and usually notice the pattern of updates, so the only thing that stood out was that the tracking lagged a bit. But the package showed up without any real issues, so overall I’m happy with the shipping.
